Show-Me Running Company Vdot 02 Certified Distance Running Coach. Beginning runners to Ultra Marathon runners accepted. Train

Coach Suzi is a veteran runner with numerous marathons and 1 Ultra Marathon on her running resume. She is an Assistant High School Cross Country and Track & Field coach and specializes in helping beginning adult runners. Suzi is a Jack Daniels Vdot 02 Certified Distance Running Coach. Coach Gregg is a High School Cross Country and Track and Field Coach. He has completed over 30 marathon and ultra-marathons including 2 100 mile finishes. He is experienced in coaching marathoners, trail runners and ultra-marathoners. Gregg is a Jack Daniels Vdot 02 Certified Distance Running Coach.

Beginning on Monday, October 19, all outdoor park restroom facilities, including the Noyes tennis building, will be closed for the season. Additionally, shelters will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations for the 2027 season will open on January 4, 2027. Thank you for your understanding.
