We really appreciated the tour of a beautiful bed and breakfast. Thank you for sharing how you determine your target market, use the guest cycle, and exceed guest expectations. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn about the accommodation sector of the hospitality industry. 

Thank you for allowing our students to observe the food and beverage side of the industry. We were able to apply what we’ve learned about guest service gold and reading the need of the guest. We also had the chance to evaluate menu design. All while eating a delicious lunch!

ShowMe Leadership Conference

Spending some time with FCCLA at the ShowMe Leadership Conference! We started off our day with a behind the scenes roller coaster tour before the park opened.

Congratulations to Laken and Jaylen for passing their HTMP Year 1 exams! Here’s to day 1 of HTMP Year 2 and continuing to work towards their industry recognized certificates.

Successfully completed our ShowMe St. Joe Workshop today! Thank you to the St. Joseph Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, our tour guide Kathy, our driver Don, and Gracia for organizing! What a great experience for our students!

It's time to appreciate restaurants The food service industry, including restaurants, entered 2020 with a national unemployment rate of 6.2%. That was slightly higher than the U.S. average but not a concern given the natural
