You know you’re doing it right when this is the only reason for the pouty face... 🥹💗
I looked at her and said, "What's wrong?"
With the saddest little face she replied...
"I'm almost done with my protein shake." 😢🥤
Not because she wanted candy. Not because she wanted soda. She was genuinely sad her shake was almost gone.
Moments like this remind you that healthy habits aren't built overnight—they're created one choice, one conversation, and one example at a time.
Watching her choose to fuel her body instead of reaching for junk food makes my heart so full. 💗
