We tried our hand at the Poultry & Horticulture contests at the NYS fair. 🐓 🥚 🌼 🪴
What a great group of members- they were fun, excited, attentive and enthusiastic!!!
They were even patient in our hour + traffic stop for an accident.

Today kicked off our contests at the NYS Fair. Brooke placed 3rd in Dairy Handling.
In this contest students are given an animal at random to then show to the best of their abilities. 🐄

Today began with some of our youngest members volunteering their time to beautify the elementary school. They worked closely with the experts from TW Services to learn the appropriate way to dig, plant and fill in so our plants will thrive for years to come. 🌱 🪴 🪏
Tonight a group of our oldest members presented to the board of education about their trip to DC. They each gave a snapshot of their Living to Serve plan. We look forward to watching these plans come to fruition.

What a fun and productive day at our officer retreat!
Our officers have worked really hard to develop our program of activities for the upcoming year. We can’t wait to see you at our events this year!

We rounded out our week with a service project of packing meals for the DC area.
We traveled to the Holocaust Museum where we chatted with a survivors son.
Some members went to Air & Space Museum, Natural History or Botanical Gardens. We rounded out our evening by attending The American State Fair 🇺🇸!
We can’t wait to see our members service projects in motion!

Members have been busy working in their community groups. Last night we had the opportunity to take a night tour of the monuments.
Today was spent visiting the Department of Agriculture and Capitol Hill networking and learning.

A bright and early start got us to DC in time to explore Arlington Cemetery - visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and The Eternal Flame of JFK.
Our members have checked in and begun their work with community groups!

Our final full day of Camp O 2026! We weathered some storms but fostered many relationships and memories!
Arik was named Camper of the Week!!!! 🎉👏
