🧪🔬 **Science in Action!** 🔬🧪

Our 6th graders became scientists as they experimented to explore the differences between **chemical and physical changes!** 🧑‍🔬👩‍🔬 Through hands-on investigations, students observed, made predictions, and discovered how matter can change in different ways.

From observing changes in materials to looking for evidence of chemical reactions, our young scientists put their curiosity to work and learned that science is all around us! 🧪✨

We love seeing our students learning by doing, asking questions, and discovering new things!

🚒🔥 Fire Prevention Week at St. Joe Elementary! 🔥🚒

Our 2nd–6th grade students had a great time during their Fire Prevention Week assembly! It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn more about fire prevention, the importance of making safe choices, and the work our local firefighters do every day.

We were excited to welcome PG&S Fire Department firefighters Duane Ingram and Monte Smith, along with Fire Chief Tracy Whitaker!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with our students and for all you do for our school and community! We appreciate our local heroes! 🚒❤️🐻
