Wow!! Riverdale knows how to kick off a GREAT school year!! 🎉💚💛

Even with a change of plans because of the weather, our Back-to-School Carnival was INCREDIBLE!!

Seeing everyone’s smiling faces walk through the doors and hearing the hallways filled with conversation and laughter was the best way to start the school year! 🫶🏼

THANK YOU to every Riverdale family who showed up to enjoy the inflatables, games, and food with us—and to everyone who bought raffle tickets to support our students and school.

THANK YOU to Riverdale’s administration, teachers, and staff who welcomed students back with open arms and rolled with the punches when we had to move everything indoors!

THANK YOU to our Eastside Eastside FFA Eastside High School Cheerleading volunteers for working hard all evening, running the concession stand, games, and bounce houses!

Sneak peek at a handful of the raffle prizes that will be at the Riverdale Elementary Back-to-School Carnival 👀

We are beyond excited to kick off another school year with a FREE Carnival! There will be free entry to all inflatables, games, and food from the Eastside Concessions Bus.

Our raffle helps off set carnival costs and raise money for programs throughout the year such as:
-Classroom Supplies / Enhancements
-Family Fun Nights
-Elf’s Attic
-6th Grade Graduation
-Read-a-Thon

Congratulations to Riverdale 4th grader Eve Reynolds!

We are proud to celebrate Eve for being selected as one of the Top 30 finalists for the 2026 Junior Stardusters with Ellen’s Stardust Diner, the iconic 1950s-themed New York City diner known for its singing waitstaff and Broadway-style performances.

Yesterday, Eve had the incredible opportunity to compete in New York City, showcasing her talent on an amazing stage. What an unforgettable experience!
