St. Paul's Lutheran Church & School, St. James A Christ-centered education for a Christ-centered life. St. Paul’s offers a high-quality, Christ-centered education. We are small school with big opportunities!

Class size is an important factor in providing this quality. With a student enrollment of 59 students (PreK-8), we provide a low student-teacher ratio of 17:1 in our elementary grade classrooms and a 10:1 ratio in our preschool classroom. Paul’s offers a full range of extracurricular activities to assist in advancing student development, including: soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, so

ftball, track, forensics, theater, choir, tone chimes, and piano lessons. Paul’s also has an active PTO and a licensed hot lunch program. District-extended student services include: bussing, band and special-education support. Paul’s also offers after-school childcare from 3:00-6:00pm to meet the needs of working families. The school functions with multi-age/multi-grade classrooms (K-1, 2-4, 5-8). Educational research supports child development in this type of setting. Students maintain high academic results, and score as well or higher on - attitudes towards school, personal adjustment, and self-concept than students in the single-age classes. Preschool and early childhood education is available for 3-5 year olds Monday-Friday for a half-day (8:15-11:30am). TMT service may be available for transportation (please setup directly with the TMT). Please join us the first Monday of the month for Messy Mondays (6:30-7:30pm) in the preschool classroom for preschool-aged and young children to enjoy some hands-on learning fun.

Tuesday, July 14: We had a 9 am reservation at
the Camp Kern Zip Line in Springboro, Ohio.

Then we were off to the Underground Railroad Tour. (During the 19th century, a network of secret routes and safe houses were set up to assist enslaved African Americans to escape through free states into Canada. This passage for freedom seekers became known as the Underground Railroad, which stretched across
the U.S. and included states like Ohio.)

Lastly, we drove into Bowling Green, KY, for the WELS Youth Rally. Here we will stay in the college dorms.
