Congratulations to Knox Equestrian’s Erin Wheatley, who earned 1st Place in the .65 Jumpers at the Hampton Classic!

Competing at one of the country’s most celebrated equestrian events, Erin represented Knox with skill, focus, and determination, earning the top spot in her class.

The Knox Equestrian program gives student-athletes the opportunity to develop their abilities through a dedicated program and state-of-the-art facilities, while balancing the demands of academics and competition.

We are incredibly proud of Erin and excited to celebrate this outstanding accomplishment. Congratulations on a first-place finish at the Hampton Classic!

We are excited to announce that Project Lead The Way is now a part of the academic program at Knox. As a nationally recognized, project-based curriculum, PLTW allows students to become creative thinkers and problem solvers. Through engaging, hands-on experiences with PLTW, students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing and advancing STEM world.

Under the direction of Michelle Lavin, our new STEM Teacher and Director, PLTW helps us expand opportunities for our students to discover new interests or deepen existing passions while exploring various STEM programs. Bringing PLTW to Knox will help our students build a strong foundation for future success in these fields.

Even more impressive, 88% of Knox’s 2025–2026 AP courses outperformed both the New York State and Global Average scores - a powerful reflection of our students’ preparation, our teachers’ dedication, and the strength of Knox’s college-preparatory academic program.
