Adam, practicing ground driving skills with Boola, Norwegian Fjord Horse, at a Doc Hammill Horsemanship Workshop in Montana. He and Boola are working in a small confined area, working Boola in a simple halter with lines attached. This helps Adam give soft line communication and Boola to stay light in her responses.

I am sharing this photo that Eden posted today! This photo came up on my 'memories' today as well ! It is one of my favorite photos EVER! It represents such an important moment in time for me! When the sellers of these two (untrained brood mares) offered that 'Jack, their neighbor' might work with them before I took them home! Who knew it would be someone who would have such a way way with them in their training to get them working nicely for a novice like me! A Montana Legend, Jack Eden, to boot! Just after this photo was taken, he handed them to me to load on the trailer headed for home with me. " Here, take your kittens," he said.
Boy oh boy! I've learned a lot from these Kittens! Thank you for sharing Helen!
