On Sunday we had our summer outing, where we discussed fair projects and information about the pork stand. Everyone had a great time swimming, eating ice cream and playing games. We hope it carries on to be a great year.

We also want to give a big thanks to the Lochtefeld’s for donating their time and space.

Over the past few days the 2026-2027 officer team had a great get a way to Hocking Hills to plan for the up coming year. The trip was filled with many laughs, games, and campfires. We spent our time by canoeing and axe throwing.🏕️🚣‍♂️

While all of this was fun, we still put in the hard work and time to plan for another amazing year of the St. Henry FFA. We are excited to show off our hard work and dedication to FFA members and the community. 💙💛

Yesterday we had a great time helping out at the Truland Kids Day. We helped out with tractor rides, bowling, hand tattoos, and so much more. This was a great and fun way to help kids get involved in agriculture.

⭐️May FFA Meeting Recap⭐️

At our May FFA meeting, members discussed upcoming summer activities, had a cookout, a spikeball and co****le tournament, and received FFA participation prizes. It was a fun evening filled with friendly competition, good food, and lots of prizes to reward students for all their participation this year.

Day 2 of State FFA Convention was another memorable one for our chapter!

During the 4th general session, we were proud to have two of our members recognized on stage for earning gold ratings with their Secretary and Treasurer books—a testament to their dedication and attention to detail behind the scenes.

At the 5th general session, the Nursery and Landscaping team was recognized for placing 1st in the state earlier this year. Students also got to hear State FFA president Carter Boyd give his retiring address, leaving students with this message: “Things that make us stand out, are the things that make us outstanding.”

To top it off, eight members had the opportunity to walk across stage to receive their State FFA Degree—an honor that less than 4% of Ohio FFA members earn.

We couldn’t be more proud of these students and all they’ve accomplished!

Day 1 at State FFA Convention is in the books!

We kicked the day off by attending the first general session, where we were recognized for the Charitable Giving Award and the Chapter Trust Fund.

We also had the chance to hear from keynote speaker Brad Hurtig, who challenged us all to “find a way.”

In addition, our ag engineering team, Kaden, Preston, and Gavin, competed in the state finals today where they placed 3rd overall!

We squeezed in some time at the shopping mall before wrapping up the night with some fun (and competition) at Topgolf.
