When your floral design needs a little “wait… is that a watermelon?!” 🍉😂🌸

Because why should flowers get to have all the fun?! This one was all about embracing the unexpected — dreamy blush roses, orchids, hydrangeas, anthuriums, gorgeous gardeny textures… and yes, a whole watermelon casually making itself at home. 🍉✨

In celebration of my 41st birthday🎉🎂🎈 I thought I would share this year’s birthday affirmation (sound on) and some BTS from this breathtaking wedding day!

Against all odds… and all the heat ☀️🔥.
This wedding will forever be one for the books. 102° in direct sun, and we were out there coaxing delicate white hydrangeas and creamy white roses to keep it together — literally. 😅

Was it a challenge? Yes.
Did we melt a little (or a lot)? Also yes.
But was it one of the most breathtaking weddings we’ve ever created? Absolutely gorgeous!

There’s something magical about watching a vision come to life despite the chaos. The blooms held on, the team of 11 humans
pulled through, and the love in the air was contagious.

To our couple + .arango + mama & papa of the bride thank you for trusting us with your dream. To
+ : thank you for believing in me. To the flowers: thank you for staying alive. To the sun: maybe… chill next time?🤣

And of course my beautiful team of amazing humans. Thank you for working countless hours, long days and long nights creating this beautiful day. It takes a village to create this type of flower magic. Can’t thank you enough.
