The morning crew absolutely kicked ass 🥊 today!

We did a lot of up and down drills, 🎢 that came with a lot of up and down emotion.

We are so thankful 🙏 and blessed that all of you have joined Saint City and have been a part of our journey.🥰

Come help us end with a BANG 💥and finish strong here in St. George tomorrow night @ 5:30 p.m. for our final kickboxing class!

You don’t want to miss it‼️ There will be more than just a class; there will be a small presentation, giveaways, the potluck and posters for all of you guys to sign 📝 so we have a part of Saint City to take with us to Idaho and honor 🙏 where we came from and who was a part of it.

We love ❤️ you guys so much and hope to see you all for testing today and belting and/or the final class!

One of our amazing kiddos gave us a parting gift! 🥰 We have definitely missed the little fighter Gael in classes. He’s been out from a major surgery 🤕 and has been itching to get back on the mat. 👊

Mr. Gael tested early due to this surgery and we are so excited to finally award him his belt 🥋 this Friday!

We hope to see you all here on Friday for all the festivities 🎉 we have going on. We would love 🙏 to see you all there for belting and the last class and potluck 🍕! We will be giving out prizes and will have something for y’all to sign 📝 so that way we can have a piece of Saint City with us in Idaho ❤️!

These amazing people came in this morning to kick ass 🥊 in the last Saturday morning Kickboxing class!

It was a very bittersweet moment and an end to an era. 😓

Come in for the next couple of days for regular classes and then the very final class on Friday the 22nd‼️ It will be a fun and light hearted kickboxing class to finish strong here in St. George. Come pack the mat 👊 and join us for the festivities! 🎉

We most certainly wouldn’t have been able to be awarded without the help and support of you guys! So we just wanted to say a big thank 🙏 you to all of you who went in and voted for us, and every day, even multiple times a day.

This has really just showed after time and time again, that we have awesome people who love ❤️ and support us and want to help show the community why we are the best! 💪 And for our first time doing this, we are pretty damn proud that we placed 2nd by simply just asking for our members to vote.

The medal isn’t just for us, it’s also for you guys who continue to help the Saint City Family grow!

Our kiddos amaze 🤩 and inspire us every class!

They have been working their tails off and just got out of school yesterday.

So, we felt we needed to recognize them and just have some fun 🥳 with them to kickstart the summer ☀️!

They have been definitely showing DISCIPLINE during class and we have loved all the letters 📝 we have received so far!

We love ❤️ these kiddos and are so excited to see them continue to grow 📈!
