Our work is rooted in lived experience, professional education, and a deep commitment to supporting healing after domestic violence, abuse, human trafficking, and trauma.

We believe professionals need trainings that speak to the real human experience, not just theory.

These pilot tests help us finalize our CE courses while giving professionals access to free CE opportunities while they are open.

We were originally asked by social workers to create specific trainings based on what they were seeing in schools, families, and clinical settings.

Now that those initial obligations are complete, we are expanding into courses that are more specific to the work we do, including:

As Spiral Practitioners, our work focuses on helping people identify and clear unconscious emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, internal conflicts, and stored emotional charge that may be influencing relationships, self-worth, nervous system responses, boundaries, money, expression, and sense of purpose.

The Spiral is a precise emotional clearing process.

It is not about endlessly retelling the story or analyzing every detail of the past. It's about working with the unconscious mind, the body, and the five bodies:

Mental.
Emotional.
Physical.
Energetic.
Spiritual.

This is one of the reasons Red Lotus Life is passionate about teaching licensed social workers and behavioral health professionals as an ASWB ACE Provider.

Many people are not lacking insight, they're carrying patterns that insight alone has not resolved and they deserve support and education that honors their wholeness, agency, dignity, and capacity for change.

Red Lotus Life is an ecosystem of support, education, healing, community, and transformation.

A gentle yet powerful low cost community class where we work with lunar wisdom, Gene Keys, emotional clearing, and intention. Replay available.

Say Yes To Soul-
A monthly membership for those who want to create a life they love in every area. This is a supportive space for emotional clearing, reflection, community, and personal growth. Use code SAYYES for $10 off your first month.

Flow Sessions-
Single sessions designed to support you in staying grounded, anchored, and centered in who you are.

The Spiral-
A deeper transformational journey for those who are ready to stop repeating old patterns and create something new. Currently available: 1 private opening and 8 Group Spiral openings.

Quantum Clear-
Available for Spiral graduates only. There are 3 openings in May, and each one includes a bonus Healy Aura Scan.
