At GWA, leadership isn’t just something we teach—it’s something we live.

As a nationally recognized Leader in Me school, we believe every student has the potential to be a leader. Through the 7 Habits, students learn to take ownership, make thoughtful choices, build strong relationships, and use their unique strengths to make a difference.

Leadership looks different for every student—and that’s the beauty of it. From the classroom to the playground, from small acts of kindness to stepping up and serving others, our Patriots are learning that everyone can lead.

This video captures just a glimpse of what Leader in Me looks like at GWA. We’re proud to grow students who don’t just achieve academically, but lead with purpose, character, and confidence.

Academics. Leadership. Community.
