When I was pregnant with my sixth baby, I wasn’t afraid of giving birth — I was afraid of the newborn stage. The exhaustion. The round-the-clock care. The weight of knowing exactly how much work a baby brings.
In a quick, passing moment, a dear friend said something that anchored me:
“You are so capable.”
I held onto those words through labor… and through those long newborn nights.
Mama, this is for you:
💪 You are strong.
❤️ You are capable.
😇 God and angels are with you as you birth and care for your baby.
💕 Motherhood is messy and hard — but you are not alone.
✨ Affirmation cards like these are included inside the Mindfully Prepared Birth course.
