“Eight weeks? There’s no way you can learn all of that online.”

Aircraft Dispatchers are the decision-makers behind every flight, working alongside pilots to plan routes, monitor weather, manage fuel, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. It’s a fast-paced career where no two days are exactly the same.

Ready to get started? Here’s what you’ll need:

• Be at least 21 years old to begin training (23 to earn your FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate)

• Read, write, and speak English fluently

• Complete 200 hours of FAA-approved training — our program is just 8 weeks (6 weeks online and 2 weeks in person)

• Pass the FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Knowledge Exam

• Pass the FAA Oral and Practical Exam (and yes, we’ll help prepare you every step of the way)
