In addition, we’re building a new building next door to accommodate additional growth! There is no wand, no spells, and no rabbits out of a hat—but this moment is pure magic ✨

Outdoor play gives learners space to assess risk, and sometimes that means someone gets hurt. When that happens, any learner can invite another to a Peace Talk or Courageous Conversation 💬🤝

One of our youngest learners bravely invited someone much older—not to get angry, but to share how she experienced one of his actions. With the help of a peer, she spoke her truth. It was met with, “I’m sorry,” and “What can I do to make it better?” 💛

No frogs, no sparkles—but Peace Talks are a simple spell for building lifelong, peaceful conflict resolution 🪄🌱

It took about 30 minutes for me to realize in our weekly team meeting that something wasn’t quite right with the drinking containers the Guides were using… I noticed the 💉pretty quick but missed the bigger trend until Tami drank from her 🧙‍♀️ cauldron and spilled it. 🤣

Naturally we had a really good laugh when I finally noticed!
