Each April, we welcome back Utah Tech and Dixie State alumni band members to campus. We rehearse together, eat lunch together, reconnect and share stories and updates, and then perform together on the concert. Iβm so grateful for these wonderful people who continue to stay part of the Utah Tech Bands Family! Hope to see them and many more on April 10th next year!

Congratulations to the Utah Tech Symphonic Band on an outstanding concert on Saturday night! They performed with excellence and closed out their concert season wonderfully! Highlights included the regional premier of Sounds, Voices, and Dreams from Ukraine by Kevin Poelking β a remarkable piece supporting the musical arts in Ukraine during wartime; welcoming back many of our alumni to perform with the symphonic band; and audience participation with the Radetzky March. Most of all, it was our pleasure to honor the amazing Dr. Rhonda Rhodes as she prepares for retirement. She conducted the last two numbers beautifully and we all loved expressing gratitude for her influence on the lives she has touched in her career. Grateful for all involved in this wonderful night!
