I use this kind of movement to help rebuild stability, sharpen awareness, and build confidence on uneven ground.

One of the best quick hikes overlooking Quail Lake 🙌

The basic route takes about an hour and it’s perfect for:
• A quick workout
• Out-of-town guests
• A sunrise reset
• When you don’t want to drive to Zion

But here’s the thing — there are multiple ways to extend this into a longer loop with added climbs and terrain most people never see.

Locals, save this for your next free morning.
Tag someone who always says, “We should go hiking.”

Incredible scrambles.
Unreal colors.
A hidden color bowl that hardly anyone ever sees.

This route isn’t on AllTrails, and the location isn’t shared publicly. I design hikes like this for people who love the mountains but want the confidence of going with someone experienced.
