Summer Safety Tips! โ๏ธ
First Cooking Class of the Summer! ๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐ณ
Each week our summer campers will be learning about a new dish from each part of the world! This week we focused on Indonesia. ๐ฎ๐ฉ
We learned how to make Semur Ayam, a traditional chicken braised stew. ๐ฅ
Why cook? Lots of reasons! Cooking not only teaches children essential life skills, but it boosts their confidence! Being strong enough to try new foods, and testing their listening skills. Measuring helps them in areas such as math and science. Itโs both rewarding and educating! ๐ง ๐ฝ๏ธ
