She didn't know her own cup could be filled in se/x?
Do YOU know that?
Faith made breakthroughs about her relationship to her own se/xuality in our women's only small group coaching, often through learning about what she didn't know what she didn't know before!
Breakthroughs and life changing moments are just a couple days away. Comment COACHING to get the link to start with our cohorts on May 12!
You can’t build a deeply connected se/x life on experiences your body is quietly resisting.
When s*x starts feeling "off" but you push through anyway because it's been a while or you think you should...
Your nervous system is taking notes.
It starts connecting intimacy with pressure.
With obligation.
With that feeling of disconnection even when you're physically close.
And friends, that's exactly what kills desire over time.
This insight comes from my conversation with Aly Bullock () in episode 301, but it's part of something bigger we explored starting in episode 300.
I did a special research project on what actually creates the difference between just having se/x and truly making love. I talked with multiple experts to understand what really builds connection, desire, and meaning in your intimate relationship.
Then in episode 301, we dive even deeper into what gets in the way of that connection and how couples can shift out of patterns that might feel manageable in the moment but slowly erode desire long-term.
If you've ever felt that quiet hesitation before being intimate with your spouse, or if you've wondered why desire feels so much harder than it used to, these conversations will help you connect some important dots.
Because here's what I've learned: your body knows the difference between duty and desire. And it's keeping score.

What if low libido isn’t only a relationship issue?
In this week’s podcast episode, I’m talking with Shelly Wilkinson about hormones, libido, energy, and the physical side of s*xual wellness that many couples may be overlooking (like your insulin levels!)
We talk about:
*Why desire can change in midlife
*How hormones may affect energy, brain fog, and s*xual function
*Why both spouses may need to look at their health
*What to ask if you’re considering hormone support
A lot of intimacy work is emotional and relational. But sometimes there’s also a physical piece worth paying attention to.
If your body has felt different lately, or your se/x drive has shifted and you’re not sure why, this episode is a helpful place to start.
