Students are participating in a service project this year for the holiday season! During art class, each student is creating a handmade holiday card that will be distributed throughout our community to senior citizens and veterans. South Mesa Knights are spreading their holiday cheer!

Dear Families,

As you might know, our school has a Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program in 1st-5th grades. The students in this program spend half their day in English class and the other half in a target language class.

We are excited to announce that the lottery for our Dual Immersion program will soon be opening for families interested in enrolling their child in first grade next year. We also have limited space for second grade next year. If your child is currently in kindergarten or first grade, you can apply for our lottery for the 2026-27 school year!

The lottery window will be open from December 1- December 19, 2025. Families who sign up during this period will be notified by the school no later than January 31, 2026 regarding their child's placement.

If you are interested in applying, please use the link below to submit your information within the window. This program is a wonderful opportunity to begin learning a new language in an immersive environment.

Please note: if you have older students already in the DLI program you DO NOT need to fill this form out. It is only for incoming 1st & 2nd graders.
