From June 1st–27th, you’ll be practicing and challenging yourself with 1-Arm Rows and Rotational Med Ball Slams. 💪🔥
This cycle is all about growth—whatever that looks like for you. Maybe it’s improving your form, increasing your weight, moving with more confidence, or simply showing up consistently. Every rep is a chance to get a little better.

🎉 IT’S TIME FOR ANOTHER KIDS CAMP! 🎉
This time we’re doing things a little differently! To accommodate more kiddos and make sure camp is the best fit for every age group, we’ll be offering TWO separate Kids Camps on Saturday, June 6th.
There are two different events listed in the app, so please be sure to sign your child up for the camp that matches their age group. If you need help finding the correct event or getting registered, just see a BA and we’ll be happy to help!
Oh….and there will be Otter Pops after 😉❄️

Transformation Tuesday: Rhett Farrer 💪🏼
When Rhett first started at Burn, it wasn’t because he woke up one day and decided to join a gym. It was because people believed in him.
“Kimberly and Aubrey have really encouraged me to join and participate more. I really needed to, and I appreciate their patience.”
That encouragement helped him take the leap—and he’s never looked back.
Ask Rhett what keeps him coming back, and the answer is simple: the 6 AM OG crew and the trainers. The friendships, accountability, and support make it easy to keep showing up.
The results have been life-changing.
💪 Stronger than ever
👴 Able to keep up with his grandkids
✨ Feeling more alive and energized
But some of his biggest wins can’t be seen in a progress photo. Through consistency and hard work, Rhett has lowered his cholesterol, improved his LDL levels, and even gotten off a heart medication.
When asked what he’d tell someone who’s thinking about trying Burn, Rhett said:
“Come and make a new friend! Many will make you feel welcome. Yes, it challenges you—but it is supposed to!”
One of his proudest accomplishments so far? Knocking out 2 pull-ups! 👏🔥
And he’s not done yet. His current focus is continuing to build endurance and staying heart healthy for the years ahead.
Rhett, your commitment, positivity, and hard work inspire all of us. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see what comes next. 💙
