🥋 Register today for After School Karate! Two locations available! Students are instructed in non-aggressive self-defense techniques and safety awareness.

Personal esteem, respect for others, self-discipline, and physical fitness are promoted. After class, students will be eligible to earn a certified belt, and returning students can earn a higher rank belt. Students should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing such as sweatpants or shorts and a T-shirt. Uniforms are optional and can be purchased from the instructor.

🎳 There are still three more sessions of Adaptive Open Bowling available this spring! Join us March 22, April 26 and May 17 for a fun and inclusive bowling experience designed for participants with special needs!

🍕 Registration includes bowling, shoe rental, 2 slices of cheese pizza, and a pop – everything you need for a great time with friends and family!

🤝 Our staff will be on hand to provide assistance as needed, and adaptive equipment (such as bowling ramps and bumpers) will be available to ensure everyone can participate. Participants who require one-on-one support should bring their support staff with them.
