Decades after meeting as students at Eastern, Steve ’91 and Cathy Clemens ’92 continue to make an impact on the community that helped shape them. ✨

As Eastern’s 2026 Alumni of the Year, the Clemenses have demonstrated their commitment to the University through years of generosity, leadership, and service.
From supporting the nursing labs and Templeton Hall renovation to Steve’s leadership as Chair of the Board of Trustees, their influence can be felt across campus.

Their story is a full-circle example of the lasting connection between Eastern and its alumni.
