Rain or shine, FFA members will be there! We spent the afternoon at the covered bridge festival visiting with community members while showing off some student’s projects of calves, goats and of course Marshall the bunny!

Today our members attended Fall Leadership Day where they participated in workshops developing their knowledge in FFA and leadership also while exploring future career ideas through tours in the Rochester area. This conference is planned by FFA members for FFA members. Truly a great way to get to know others and build relationships

We are excited to offer a few apparel items to purchase that show not only FFA school spirit in representing our school colors, but also the FFA! We even included the iconic covered bridge!

This store is open to anyone and everyone! Not just FFA members and supporters.

The start of the school year is less than a month away! Each year, the Ag department at ZM has many hands-on learning activities to support student engagement and we could always use some help when it comes to supplies as budgets stay small - but the learning never stops. A little behind on this post but still needed to share!

This year we Morgan and Delaney, 2 of our officers, up to SLCCL. This camp provided them with lots of leadership development activities, along with time to network with other members from across the state. While there, they also helped with service activities at the learning center. The long car ride home was spent sharing their fun memories and the ideas they gained to bring back to our chapter.

Hello there ZM FFA supporters - fair is quickly approaching and we all know how bad the heat can get during fair week. Our children’s barnyard is in need of some good fans to help keep all involved cool during fair week - the animals, FFA members and of course all of those who come to visit us. Everyone’s safety is our priority. To help us get these fans, we are looking for donations to purchase them. We are in need of at least 2 fans, costing about $110 each.

While we know fair is only a short time of the year, these fans would be used for the long run each fair season.

Every year, we have numerous members represent our chapter by showing at the state fair during FFA weekend. To help our chapter stand out more, we are looking to get banners for each animal area to show our pride. To help offset the cost of these banners, we are looking for sponsors for these banners. Each banner costs $30. Your name/business will be included on the banner if you so choose. Below are proposed banner images.

26-27 ZM Officer retreat is checked off the list! Our annual camping trip was filled with lots of planning, brainstorming, critical thinking, and self reflection. All needed to get ready for a great year of ZM FFA. Shout out to State Treasurer Eddie Winters for helping our team discover our dynamics by exploring our values, strengths, backgrounds, and talents! This team loves to joke around and laugh so it’s going to be one fun year ahead!
