What does "wellness" really mean? This summer semester, some of our counseling students are exploring SAMHSA's 8 Dimensions of Wellness: emotional, physical, environmental, social, intellectual, financial, occupational, and spiritual. Every dimension plays a role to overall well-being and striking a balance helps support mental health and personal growth as a grad student, counselor, and beyond.
