Congratulations, St. Cloud State University Choirs and their director Mr. Garrett Lathe, for a beautiful performance at the Newman Center this past Tuesday. There were beautiful performances of solos and ensembles by students of voice faculty Dr. Jenna Kreider. Thank you for keeping the music going this year!

The St. Cloud State University Wind Ensemble had an amazing tour to Washington, DC! Highlights included observing the U.S. Army Band, "Pershing's Own," attending a concert of the National Symphony, two concert performances and sightseeing at museums and the zoo. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this possible and we hope you'll come to our end of the year concert this Sunday at 3 PM.

Join us Tuesday, 7PM, April 22nd at the Christ Church Newman Center for our Spring Sing choir concert! We’ll be celebrating the end of the semester with tunes from all across the world and time. This performance, in collaboration with Dr. Jenna Kreider’s studio, features concert choir, solos, and an ensemble. This concert is free to the public!

The St. Cloud State University Wind Ensemble departs this Wednesday for 4 days in Washington, DC. We wish Dr. Catharine Bushman and the students the best as they represent us at 2 public performances.

Friday, April 11 - Outdoor performance at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, 3 pm

Saturday, April 12 - Evening concert at The Church of the Epiphany, 5 pm

This tour is being supported by the SCSU College of Liberal Arts and several sources from the SCSU Foundation. All students will

* Perform an indoor public concert in dowtown Washington, D.C.
* Perform at one of the Washington memorials
* Visit with a military band, Sousa’s grave or Arlington National Cemetery
* Attend a concert of the National Symphony and museums in DC.

Thank you for your support and look out for more information about our final concert of the year, on Sunday, April 27 at 3 pm! We will be performing music from the tour and other special musical tributes to close out the year.
