Well it is official today. I have sold Center of Attention Preschool. We wish Kiddie Kids Daycare the best for their future.
Many thank you are needed and well deserved. First my parents, dad you have stood beside me and sometime giving me a kick when needed. You have been there for the joys and the tears. You were the first to see my potential and you were there every step of the way! Thank you for always believing in me!
Mom, thank you for being there every day with a coffee, lunch, or the many “Ms Patty do you…could you….where is, just a second, etc.” I have loved being with you everyday and will miss just running by you and seeing you busy either cooking or snuggling a student. So many times we are going to miss you! Thank you both for being there as my back up while I learned how to do what I needed to do, and picking up my slack when I needed it.
To my staff, present and past. Thank you for your patience with me! You all have taught me so many lessons. I enjoyed coming to work with you ladies. We were there to push us through the days, or there for the crazy moments. You helped to make every day interesting and fun!
To my center families. Thank you for allowing me to help raise your children. You trusted me to keep them safe and still be Kindergarten ready! While, still letting your children be kids and learn through their play. I can’t share with you the thousands of memories I have, but I can say it was so much fun (most days) lol.
And to my students, I have watched you grow, learn, and succeed. You have also taught me things I never knew I didn’t know! We have spent so much time together and I hope our time together has been as special to you as it was for me. You were the reason My staff and I came to work everyday. And your progress was our reward. As we observed your accomplishments we learned how to push you to be better! Some of you we have taken from diapers to Kindergarten and it showed me that a good bye is always coming. But it is I that will be saying goodbye now. I have loved my time with you all and can never express my gratitude.
To the Saint Cloud community, thank you for your help and support over the years. We have loved representing our center within community events such as Christmas Parades or town events. You welcomed me back as a professional, and this meant a lot to me because the staff at Saint Cloud High School once told me I would never amount to anything. I wanted to show the community I grew up in that students like myself can become something and positively contribute back to our community. Never count anyone out, love what you do and who you do it with, and strive to be a better you. Thank you everyone! Lots of love to all.
