Tonight we celebrated a great season and named the new captains for next year! Ella G, Hannah R, Penelope C, Hilal A, Sadie Z, and Emerie S will lead the 2024-25 team! National Championship results are in! Congrats to Sadie, 9th place in the country in Info! Congrats to Emerie, top 40 in Dramatic Interp! We are so proud of you!

At the National Speech and Debate Tournament, Tech pride shines through! Emerie Schraw finished in the top 30 among 280 competitors in Dramatic Interpretation. Sadie Zellmann moves on to the semi-final round of Informative, top 14, tonight!

We are happy to announce 5 of our Tech Speakers will be bringing their loudest roars to the State AA Tournament held on April 20th at Shakopee High School.
We are so proud of every one of our talented speakers. We are so thankful for the parents and the coaching staff who have helped us on this journey!
We had 10 Tigers break into finals!

Our next senior spotlight goes out to Bjorn Mattick! Bjorn has been a dedicated member of the team since 7th grade. He is not only a talented Storyteller, but also a multi-sport athlete, participating in both football and track. He is a driven member of the team and is committed to hyping up his fellow teammates. He excels in his classes, as well as participating in band and choir. Bjorn took 2nd on Saturday at sections and will be heading to the state tournament later this month! Thank you Bjorn for everything you do for the tech team!

As we approach the section tournament, Tech is shouting out its seniors and all their contributions to the team.
Brodie Baumann is a first-year speaker for tech but has greatly contributed to team morale. Always smiling and spreading positivity, joy, and support to his teammates, Brodie always has an uplifting attitude that he shares with both coaches and teammates. Ella has been a dedicated member of Tech Speech since 9th grade and is one of our captains. Ella is a 2-time state qualifier and a state finalist in Extemporaneous Reading. She is a devoted captain, leader, and friend to everyone on her team. She always has a kind word to say and supports and lifts up her teammates. Thank you Ella for all of your hard work and for being a pillar of everything speech represents!🐾🐅
