🥋 Every belt represents a different stage of the journey.

First, you learn to survive.
Then, you build strong fundamentals.
You begin connecting techniques through combinations.
You learn how to apply pressure with control.
And eventually, you develop efficiency doing more with less effort.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu isn’t about rushing to the next belt. It’s about becoming better at every stage, one class, one detail, and one repetition at a time.

Trust the process. Keep showing up. The belt will change, but the journey never stops. 🥋💙
