Baseball Team are STATE-BOUND
The baseball team won the section championship and are headed to the state tournament after a thrilling 2-1, 8-inning win over Foley in the section final. In extra innings, with bases loaded a single by Jake Murphy scored Owen Fradette with the winning run. Jacob Oliver drove in a run in the 3rd inning. Sam Oliver & Jake Murphy each had two hits.
Henry Schloe started on the hill and pitched four scoreless innings, striking out five batters.
Jake Murphy pitched four innings of relief for the win, striking out six batters.
State tournament begins next Thursday, June 11th. Stay tuned for more updates on game times.

β³π SECTION CHAMPIONS! πβ³
The Boys Golf Team are heading to STATE!
The team captured the section championship with an outstanding two day team score of 612, finishing 15 strokes ahead of Rocori to claim the title!
Leading the way were Nathan Schuver and Andrew Schuver, who each fired a 76. Nathan's two day total of 152 earned him a 4th place overall finish, while Luke Herker and Bo Schmidt each carded a 156 to finish tied for 10th place.
The team head to compete at the state tournament, held at The Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan MN, next Tuesday and Wednesday!
Congratulations to our players and coaches on an incredible accomplishment. The journey continues. Good Luck at State!

π₯ STATE TOURNAMENT OPENING SOFTBALL GAME π₯
What a comeback by the Crusaders! After falling behind 3-0, our softball team exploded for FIVE runs in the top of the 4th inning, highlighted by an incredible grand slam from Keira Alexander to take the lead!
The bats stayed hot as Tayla Vought launched a solo home run in the 7th inning to help seal the victory. Tayla, CJ Jerzak, and McKenna Buckentine each collected two hits in a strong team offensive effort.
In the circle, Keira Alexander went the distance, pitching all seven innings and scattering just six hits to earn the win.
With the victory, the Crusaders advance to the next stage of the state tournament! ππ₯

Last Friday, our high school students took part in another successful Servinβ It Up Day! ππ
The day began together at Mass before students enjoyed fun activities and headed out to service sites across our community. It was a great day filled with teamwork, faith, and service as students spent time giving back and helping others.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so meaningful. We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summer. See you in August! βοΈ

Our middle school students closed out the year with a fun-filled day of traditions, laughter, and memories together. From the annual lip sync competition to a creative mini golf course designed and built by each House, it was the perfect way to celebrate an incredible year and kick off summer! β³π€

For the 3rd straight year, Crusader Softball is headed back to the State Tournament! π₯
The Crusaders defeated Kimball 11-2 in the Section Championship game to punch their ticket back to State. Sadie Meyer went 4-for-4 with two doubles and a triple, scoring four runs and driving in two. CJ Jerzak reached base four times, while Berkley Mathiasen came through with a two-out single to bring home two runs.
Keira Alexander threw a complete game in the circle, allowing just one earned run as the defending State Champions improved to 23-4 on the season.
The Crusaders will play Tuesday at 3 PM at Caswell Park in North Mankato. Opponent announcement coming soon!

We continued celebrating the Class of 2026 today at our Senior Awards & Scholarship Ceremony.
During the ceremony, Salutatorian Julia Vega shared reflections from her trip with Les Voyageurs last summer and spoke about learning to embrace lifeβs unexpected moments. She reminded her classmates that sometimes life becomes even more beautiful when things donβt go according to plan.
Seniors also heard encouraging words from Emmett Keenan, who shared how proud he is of this class and how meaningful it has been to watch them grow over the years.
We were also proud to recognize 18 seniors as 3-sport letter athletes this year, an incredible accomplishment that reflects their dedication both on and off the field.
It was a wonderful morning celebrating the hard work, achievements, and future ahead of this special class. ππ

This morning, we kicked off a special Graduation Day for the Class of 2026 with the annual Senior Breakfast! π
Seniors and their parents gathered together to enjoy breakfast, conversation, and celebrate this exciting milestone.
We also heard meaningful words from Father Doug, who shared The Tale of the Three Trees, along with reflections from David Fremo on carrying Cathedral with you wherever life leads and always having a place to come back to. Cori Simones also shared a beautiful poem and thanked the seniors for a wonderful year.
It was a special morning spent reflecting, celebrating, and looking ahead to all thatβs to come for this incredible class. π
