First United Methodist Preschool

First United Methodist Preschool Traditional Preschool offering active learning in a Christian environment for children ages 3-5. All programs are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.).

All children in all programs must be completely toilet trained. Preschool

The Preschool program is designed for children who are 3 years old by September 1st and who are completely potty trained. Preschool is offered three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Pre-Kindergarten

The Pre-K program is specifically designed to prepare children to enter Kindergarten the following school year.

For those who will be four years old by September 1st , the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program, (VPK) is paid for by the State of Florida. This is not based on income, but is provided for through the Early Learning Coalition. VPK registration fees are waived for four hours per day, four days per week program, (Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. Parents are responsible for signing their child's attendance record each month and adhering to our Attendance Policy to maintain enrollment in VPK.

Our staff was ready to welcome our students and families back to campus for our first day of school. We are excited to introduce our newest staff member Isabel to the purple door! A huge thank you to Madilynn’s coffee shop for providing the coffee and muffins for our boohoo-yahoo breakfast. Our families enjoyed getting to know each other as their little ones began school. We also want to thank our board members for their help selling t-shirts and with our breakfast.
