I was at a 1920's themed party, and of course had to bust out a 20's big hit, any guesses what I played?

My student wanted a picture to "cartoon" it. Somehow he got big Pixar eyes and I look kind of just like me still, no fair haha!

Fall piano lessons are in full swing! I have a few openings in the schedule, let's chat if you'd like to play the piano, read music, and enjoy your favorite songs played live by yourself!

Long story short, I had many young students tell me that "Spring Concert" didn't sound exciting... So we have upgraded (?!) to a much more silly, memorable, and fun-focused theme. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present: The Cow Concert! 😁🐮

I'm playing piano at Cafe Renaissance tonight, 6-9, stop on by for dinner and start this weekend out properly!

My car isn't fancy but at least my license plate is! The amount of students/parents who have called me "Mr. Piano" over the years has grown so much that I felt it was time to claim it as my real name :)

Fall semester has started and I'm greatly enjoying being back in the studio 5 days a week. This is the beginning of my 25th year of piano teaching... time flies! It is a bit overwhelming when I think of all the students I've worked with over the years. I love helping people grow in their ability to play an instrument and I'm blessed to have such a fulfilling career. It is also rewarding to see students develop a deeper appreciation when listening to music, finding greater emotion in their favorite moments, movies, and game soundtracks. Many students feel like my extended family, as I've played piano at some of their weddings, they become parents and now I teach their own children, and I've even helped some students buy their first home as they entered adulthood. So many memories! Looking forward to 25+ more years of making and teaching music!

Hey all, this Saturday, 4/27, is my last time playing at Cafe Renaissance for awhile (I'm taking a few months off for the summer). So it's your last chance for a while to come throw a shoe at me, in case that was on your bucket list 😜 perk: the food is super duper bonkers good!

The Chocolate Concerts start in 30 minutes! My music quality control team is here and verified everything is in order (and that the chocolates all taste good too!)
