A bonus to yesterday's farewell to our retiring faculty...

The faculty in the Economics Department recently celebrated the retirement of three of their esteemed colleagues. Professors Nathan Eric Hampton, Patricia Hughes, and Masoud Moghaddam all retired this summer. We thank them for their service and for their commitment to our students. We will miss them greatly and we wish them well in their future endeavors.

Luckily, we were able to help them celebrate virtually which allowed us to invite other emeriti faculty to attend! Let’s keep the celebration going—please share a favorite memory of Professor Hampton, Hughes, or Moghaddam, and be sure to email them with congratulations on their retirement!
