MM Basketball Training

We build our workout and continue with growth. Watch the previous video and it’ll make sense. We also include previous series we worked on to ensure reps so it’s not we work on it then we put it to the side.

One this drill we’re focusing on on getting to the shot . Focus is on the shot, no flinching, shot fake, not worrying about what the defender is doing and locking in on making the shot.

Our boys are working and improving every session. Big shoutout to our older guys Saima Velline and EP for pouring into them and teaching them how’s it’s done.

Stride steps stop then they have to use their pivot to create shots or any form of finishing they want.

Great way to help players from repeating the same move is taking away their tendencies which makes them uncomfortable so they learn to be comfortable and more confident in other moves.

It’s always good having our older guys come back and work with us the younger ones, given them gems about things they’ve learned and how to prepare for the next level. One of the WHY we are different in our training approach. Our guys become a family and they’re all cheering and wanting the other to succeed.

New to basketball, young Tenley is what you call a sponge. Wants to learn, wants to be better and really working on improving daily. Future is bright for her.
