2026 Alumni Picnic Recap
What a wonderful day of reconnecting, reminiscing, and celebrating our St.C. High family! This year's Alumni Picnic was a tremendous success, with a fantastic turnout and a day filled with laughter, fellowship, and school spirit. It was heartwarming to see classmates from so many graduating years come together to renew old friendships and make new memories.
A very special thank you goes out to Sam and Terry Lucarelli for providing the outstanding music that kept the atmosphere lively during check in. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the St.C. High School Band for sharing their talents and helping make the event so enjoyable.
This year, we also had a talented young photographer capturing the day's special moments. TG Flicks, owned by Trevon Gummer, a St. C. High sophomore, did an outstanding job documenting the event. We appreciate Trevon sharing his talent and helping preserve memories that alumni will enjoy for years to come.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to every sponsor and donor whose generosity helped make this year's picnic possible. Special thanks to the St.C. Recreation Dept. for not only donating the use of the Rec Center, but also for paying a portion of the caterer. All of your support is truly appreciated and plays an important role in the success of our event.
Thank you as well to everyone who helped—or offered to help—in any way. Every act of kindness and willingness to lend a hand is valued.
I would also like to clarify something that many people have mentioned. While it may appear that there is an Alumni Picnic committee, there is not. Since I’m retired, I’m able to get things accomplished throughout the year without issue. The individuals who assisted during the picnic this year were friends and volunteers whom I had asked well in advance to help on the actual day of the event. Their willingness to serve is deeply appreciated.
Finally, please mark your calendars! Beginning next year and moving forward, the Alumni Picnic will return to its traditional schedule and will once again be held on the third Saturday in July (July 24, 2027)
Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, donated, performed, and supported this year's St. C. Alumni Picnic. Because of all of you, it was a memorable celebration of our school and alumni family. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year! Meanwhile, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns about the picnic.
