This series offers a non-competitive environment for kids to increase strength, flexibility and improve cognitive skills using gentle yoga poses, breath work which enhances self regulation and mental focus, and teaches stress management. ChildBlossom Yoga for Kids’ next 6 week series begins Wednesday, 9/6 at 4:00 PM!
Yoga is a great practice for kids because it helps them to connect with their bodies. It stretches their minds and bodies in a fun and engaging way, strengthening their sense of self.
This series offers a non-competitive environment for kids ages 7-12, seeking tools to relax, connect and build strength. Students will practice self-awareness, build self-esteem and cultivate inner calm. We will incorporate breath, light stretching, somatic movement, poses and guided imagery. All levels and ability are welcome.

Empower your teen to find life balance through the practice of yoga. This class offers a safe space for Teens ages 12-17, seeking tools to decompress, release tension and connect. Students will practice self-awareness, build self-esteem and cultivate inner calm.
