Feeling so energized after my time at Aurora University ✨

I had the opportunity to speak with students in the Pathways Program about disclosure in the workplace—a topic that’s equal parts personal, powerful, and practical. Together, we explored how to navigate if, when, and how to share aspects of your identity at work, and how to make those decisions in ways that feel safe, strategic, and authentic.

What made this experience so special? The honesty in the room. The thoughtful questions. The willingness to engage in conversations that aren’t always easy—but matter so much.

Grateful for the invitation, the energy, and the incredible students who showed up fully. 💛

I've been dreaming up this service for the past 15-20 years. Truly! When I worked in education I would always find myself internally saying, 'I just want to help the world better understand how valuable each of my students are!' Now I get to channel that passion into these training sessions. I can't wait to share more about the evolution of this service! It's going to be great!
