Fountain of Youth Academy - FOYA

FOYA is a MARTIAL ARTS facility in St. Augustine. BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU AND MUAY THAI. Larry Glines is the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu head coach and a Zenith affiliate.

FOYA offers classes taught by certified instructors in a friendly and clean environment. He has a black belt under Robert Drysdale in BJJ and has over 20 years experience. Yvonne Glines is the Muay Thai head coach. She has has over 20 years experience and was trained under Master Toddy and Master Chan. We offer kids’ and adult classes six days a week. Come by for a free trial class!!!

🥇🥈🥉What a day… a day of hard work, determination, tears (happy & sad), and heart. To get on those mats and compete - sometimes with people heavier, more experienced, or older - is not easy to do. To experience loss is not easy to do. But every single one of these competitors held their head high, fought hard, and showed up. Some of our competitors had over 5 matches and still gave their all. Our parents were so encouraging to all the kids (not just their own), and our coaches gave up a Saturday to praise and hug and be the amazing coaches they are 🫶🏼. We won overall team for kids and teens! We can’t do any of this without God, our students, our parents and our coaches. We are so extremely blessed and grateful! 🙏🏽Congrats, FOYA! 🎉

🥋What a fantastic day of belt testing Saturday! Congratulations to everyone that received a promotion! We also had to sadly say goodbye to one of our amazing families, the Britts. They are moving to Arizona for a while. We are so blessed to have all these beautiful people in our FOYA family! 🙏🏽🫶🏼
