I will be closing my website CertificationReviewCourses.com on Dec. first. Now that I'm retired and not in day to day clinical care I can not maintain the clinical information. The PCCN will come down on Oct. first and the other courses on Dec first. Until that time all courses are available. May 31, 2023 I taught my last class. It was a wonderful group of 42 nurses from Stanford attending a PCCN review course. I've been an Independent CNS since 2004 and a nurse since 1981. Hands down one of the best instructors I've ever listened to lecture. Carol has a way of explaining things in such detail that makes practical sense. Her CCRN material review is geared for the intelligent and proficient ICU nurse, that reinforces the rationales for out every day clinical practice. Rationales and understanding the why's of our actions is essential for safe and effective interventions and patient care, and she totally gets that. I will seek out Carol's instruction moving forward for any further education in critical care, because quite frankly, I believe she is truly one of the most gifted teachers who authentically and veraciously understands the material she is teaching and goes beyond the surface value for what ICU nurses are responsible for knowing. I am beyond impressed and very grateful for this woman, as I've been searching for someone that I resonate with and learn from so effectively!! Thank you Carol Ann :))
