And there's no logging into Facebook this time and getting sucked into that hole ðĪŠ Everything will be delivered straight to your phone via text the night before, so you know exactly what's coming the following day. ðŠðŊââïļ Recipes will head your way the weekend before, so you can shop and meal prep as needed.

As women and as moms, we use the word "DESERVE" a lot when it comes to justifying our not-so-great habits. Drinking, over-indulging in foods, taking a break from working out.
I hear it a lot. (I also say it a lot myself LOL ðĪŠ).
- It's been a really long week at work, I DESERVE to sleep in and skip the gym. ðïļ
- The kids have been extra crazy today, I DESERVE to have some cookies after putting them to bed. ðŠ
- My husband is extremely annoying tonight, I DESERVE an extra glass of wine. ð·
Insert your own scenario here, we ALL do it. And our culture has taught us to reward our hard work and efforts with food and alcohol. It's been ingrained in us since we were young. ðķ
And I can sit here at my computer typing out all of the reasons why this is counter-productive, why this mindset only sets us up for failure, why it makes it so much easier for us to make excuses.
Instead of all that, I'm going to say this:
* You DESERVE to wake up feeling good, not hungover or tired ðī
* You DESERVE to take time for yourself to make your body stronger and healthier ðŠ
* You DESERVE to fuel your body with foods that help you and make you feel not guilty ðððĨĶðŦðĨðĨ
* You DESERVE to take better care of yourself and be happy ðĨģððūâĪïļ
