We are excited to announce Samantha Cassano, 2026 TCHS Coach of the Year! Coach Cassano has served as the Head Softball Coach since the 2023 season. Under her leadership, the Toros have captured two district championships, establishing a culture of excellence and competitive success. Beyond wins, Coach Cassano is committed to developing student-athletes of character. By leading with integrity in everything she does both on and off the field, Coach Cassano has built a program that emphasizes accountability, sportsmanship, and excellence in all aspects of life. Congratulations, Coach Cassano! 🤘

Tocoi Creek is excited to announce Todd Small, Head Wrestling coach!
Originally from Suwanee, GA, Coach Small began his wrestling career in the peach state where he became a two-time state champion with a career record of 175-12, attaining multiple All-American recognitions.
After high school, Todd attended Iowa Central where he became a two-time national champion at 125lbs and 133lbs. He later transferred to Iowa State University where he represent the Cyclones as an NCAA qualifier. Over the course of his collegiate career, he was ranked as high as 10th in the country and 3rd in the Big 12. After his wrestling career ended, he joined Iowa State as an Assistant Coach for two seasons where he helped the Cyclones reach a top 10 national ranking.

Tocoi Creek Athletics is excited to announce Autumn Null as the next Head Coach of our Girls Weightlifting Program.

Coach Null brings an impressive combination of competitive success and coaching experience to the Toro family. A 14-year veteran of the sport, she was a state medalist during her high school career before advancing to become a two-time National Champion. Over the past six years, she has coached athletes at both the high school and national levels, helping numerous lifters earn state and national medals while also leading a team to a state championship.

In addition to her high school coaching experience, Coach Null operates her own Olympic weightlifting club and is a certified National-Level Coach. Her passion for the sport extends far beyond the platform, as she is committed to developing strong, confident young women who will carry the lessons learned in weightlifting into every aspect of their lives.

“Weightlifting has been a part of my life for more than half of my life,” said Coach Null. “My goal is not just to create strong athletes, but to help young women build confidence and leave the program as the best version of themselves.”

TOCOI CREEK ATHLETICS ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP TRANSITION IN GIRLS VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM

Tocoi Creek High School Athletics announces a leadership transition within its Girls Volleyball program as Head Coach Adis Imamovic steps down after five seasons leading the Toros.

Since launching the program in 2021, Coach Imamovic has played an instrumental role in establishing a strong foundation for volleyball at Tocoi Creek. Under his leadership, the Toros have grown into a respected and competitive program in Northeast Florida, while developing numerous student-athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.

"We are incredibly grateful for Coach Imamovic's dedication, passion, and commitment to building our volleyball program from the ground up," said Tocoi Creek Athletic Director Billy Blackmon. "Starting a program is never easy, but Adis embraced that challenge and helped create a culture centered on development, competitiveness, and opportunity. The growth and success our program has experienced over the past five years is a direct reflection of his leadership, and we are thankful for the lasting impact he has made on our student-athletes and our school community."

While stepping away from his role as head coach, Imamovic will continue to be involved in the volleyball community through his work with JJVA and LOVB and will remain a valued supporter of the Tocoi Creek program moving forward.

As the program turns the page to its next chapter, Tocoi Creek Athletics is proud to announce Amber Weber as the next Head Coach of the Girls Volleyball program.

Coach Weber has served as an assistant coach within the program for the past three seasons and currently leads Tocoi Creek's Beach Volleyball program. Her familiarity with the athletes, culture, and expectations of the program makes her a natural choice to continue building upon the foundation that has been established.

A former collegiate volleyball player, Weber brings valuable playing experience as well as a strong coaching background that has helped shape student-athletes both indoors and on the beach. Her passion for the game, commitment to player development, and dedication to fostering a positive team culture position her well to lead the program into the future.

"I am incredibly honored and excited for the opportunity to lead the Tocoi Creek Volleyball program," said Weber. "This program has meant so much to me over the past several years, and I am grateful for the trust placed in me. We have an outstanding group of student-athletes and families, and I look forward to building on the tradition that has been established while continuing to push our program to new heights. The future is bright, and I can't wait to get to work."

Tocoi Creek Athletics is excited for the future of Toro Volleyball and confident that the program remains in great hands. We thank Coach Imamovic for his tremendous service and leadership and look forward to supporting Coach Weber as she begins this new chapter leading the Toros.
