✨ What an incredible evening! ✨
Last night’s 8th Grade Formal was truly a night to remember. From the red carpet arrivals to the dancing, laughter, and unforgettable memories made with friends, our students celebrated this special milestone in style. 💃🏻🕺🏿🤳🏻
As they prepare to close one chapter and begin another, we want to wish each and every one of our 8th graders nothing but success, happiness, and amazing opportunities in high school. We are so proud of the young adults they have become and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, including our volunteers, staff, families, and sponsors who worked behind the scenes to create such a memorable evening for our students. We are sooo thankful for the support!
📸 Here is a SNEAK PEAK 👀 of some of the professional photos captured throughout the night. More photos will be shared soon!
Congratulations, Class of 2026! Your future is bright, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way. ❤️🖤✨

The 8th grade ELA 4th period classes had an incredible opportunity, thanks to the support of the PTO, to participate in a live virtual field trip to tour the house featured in The Outsiders. After finishing the novel in class, students enjoyed exploring the home from the film set and viewing memorabilia connected to the story. The experience brought the text to life in a meaningful and engaging way. Students in the other 8th grade ELA classes will also have the opportunity to enjoy the experience by watching a recording of the tour.

Our PTO does so much more than organize events — we work year-round to support our students, teachers, and school community!
Every fundraiser, donation, volunteer hour, and membership directly helps create memorable experiences and opportunities for our Stingrays!
Thank you for supporting our school and helping us make a difference. Together we can do even more!
Here is a recap of all we did and continue to do in 2026 🥳

🚦 FRIDAY MAY 15 TRAFFIC ALERT 🚦
Copied from the Stingray News :
FridayAfternoonPick-up
As a heads up, next Friday, May 15, we have a large group of 8th graders leaving for Universal Studios at approximately 1:30 pm. To make it possible for these charter buses to depart, your arrival may be impacted if you pick-up a student after school. Our Maintenance Manager will be preventing vehicles from entering or getting too close to the gate, allowing egress for the busses. You may want to delay arrival until 1:40. We will have fewer cars since many 8th graders will not be here after school, but we'd like to ensure the traffic line is not backed up to Highway 1.

✨Thanks to Ms. Patterson✨
Access students got the opportunity to practice real life math skills this past week! They spent two weeks working on their money skills and “earning” money that they then got to use to shop for items in a store she created just for them, based on individual needs, interests, and preferences.
They used calculator skills to track their spending and had to make the appropriate change for the cashier. What a wonderful, practical, and fun way to “do math”!!!!
