Wednesday Evening - 8:30 PM EST

I will guide you through 30 minutes of Kriyas, Mantras, and Breathwork opening up the frequency of abundance and self love vibration. My focus will be on the heart chakra. Integration for 10 minutes following Kundalini. I have been practicing since 2001 and find that kundalini yoga is the quickest way to tap into transformation and much needed vibrational shifts.

Please know that kriyas are not postures, they are repetitive movements that allow the the energy to flow cleansing any blocks that you may have. Prepare a space for yoga prior to the zoom call that is quiet.
