I just wanted you to know that I will be on the local radio TONIGHT @ 6:30pm with Pete Melfi on WFOY & WAOC. I will be discussing how and why I started Forks and Spoons, the program I designed and more!!!

Exciting News!!!
I want to start by thanking all my students and parents who support Forks & Spoons. I know it has been a while but Forks & Spoons has cooked up one heck of a recipe...We have officially evolved into a school and have a BUILDING!!! This is so exciting for my little chefs to have a place to come and learn how to cook and make healthy food choices. We will be holding a MEET & GREET (TBD) before our first event so parents and kids can come out to:

* Enjoy snacks and games
*& most of all see what your child can LEARN in my program

✨✨Forks & Spoons LLC is proud to announce that we have partnered with The PLAYERS Championship Boys & Girls Club for cooking classes!!!!! This is exciting news for the kids in our community! Chef Beckett will teach hands-on cooking classes, once a week, for all of the kids that attend the Club! Each class will demonstrate the importance of working together, expressing creativity, and boosting self-confidence through healthy eating. Forks & Spoons is dedicated to help each child discover their passion for healthy cooking and baking!

WE MADE IT THROUGH THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL!!!! I’m excited to announce Forks & Spoons is offering a FREE EVENT AUGUST 25th from 11a-2p!!!!! As a bullying advocate for Mental Health America, I want to hold a “Kids Against Bullying” event. We will all take the pledge as one to stand up against bullying. We will be participating in fun activities & making HEALTHY snacks🍓🍇🍌🍉🍡 We will also watch a creatively illustrated video about what it feels like to be bullied provided by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center. We will discuss what students can do if they see bullying and how to be an advocate against bullying. Moms, you don’t want to miss out on this experience!
