Welcome to Fit , Toned and Fabulous
I love , love , love the new adventure , I’m on , from fit at 40 , to Fit , Toned and Fabulous at 50 !! i am surely living proof , that what you put into your body reflects on the outside . I have been in the fitness spotlight sinse the early age of16 , where i dabled in Modeling , being successful in Illinois and in West Palm Beach , Florida . From there my life took on a new exciting adventure , that of a Pl***oy bunny , at Hef’s one and only lake Geneva Pl***oy Club , in Lake Geneva , Wisconsin. Oh darling it was fun , fun , fun ! i even had the pleasure of meeting , 70′s icon , Farrah Fawcett . Oh my was she georgous . Then began another fitness journey , that of a fitness instructor in West Palm Beach , Florida . Working at one of the most exclusive facility’s in West Palm , was a mighty adventure , this my dears is where , I learned how to do Nautilus. Thus my being Fit , Toned and Fabulous journey began . Up to speed , I am living in the Beachy town of St. Augustine , Florida , where my journey once again takes me to my fitness roots , as a beach body coach.I do light workouts , and simply drink my fountain of youth drink - Shakeology .IT BURNS FAT AND CALORIES , JUST BY DRINKING IT !!
