Innovation Center Teams: Session 1 begins next Monday! If you have not filled out a registration packet, please fill that out and return it to SFJH before classes begin. You can still enroll in classes, but will not be able to attend until registration is turned in.

FAQ's

What is the cost?
Nothing, this program is free and includes a snack and homework time.

When is the registration deadline?
Students may continue to register through the year, there is not a deadline for registration. I am currently working on an online registration option.

Does my student have to attend every day?
No, your student does not have to enroll in a class everyday. Each session will have different enrichment activities, so they may attend different days every session. We do ask that students try to come at least 30 days throughout the year so that we can continue to fund this awesome program.

Can my child switch teams/activities?
Yes. We want the students to want to be there. If they are not interested in what they signed up for, they are welcome to show up to a different team and try it out.

How does my student check-in?
One Tap is our check-in/out system. Students will have cards to scan and parents can be notified through text that their student has checked in/out. Please respond yes in the enrollment form if you’d like to receive checkin/out notice.

Can Homeschoolers participate?
Absolutely! This is a 21st Century Community Learning Center and is available to ALL junior high aged students.

We are so grateful to have been awarded this grant and be able to provide these programs. We ask for feedback and patience as we build something completely new. There are bound to be kinks and things may look different in a couple months but we are so excited for the future!

Preschool Child Find Screening
Henry’s Fork Elementary will conduct Preschool Child Find screenings for children ages 3 and 4 who are suspected of having a disability, including a developmental delay, and may need special education services. This is not a general developmental or school-readiness screening. It is intended for children whose development raises concerns about a possible disability, including concerns related to communication, speech and language, cognition, hearing, vision, motor development, social interaction, or other disability-related needs.
Screenings will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, and Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Henry’s Fork Elementary.
To schedule an appointment, call the school at 208-624-7422.
If your child is already enrolled in the district preschool program, they do not need to be screened.

EVALUACIÓN PREESCOLAR DE ENCONTRAR NIÑOS
Henry’s Fork Elementary realizará evaluaciones preescolares de encontrar niños para niños de 3 y 4 años de quienes se sospecha que tienen una discapacidad, incluido un retraso en el desarrollo, y que pueden necesitar servicios de educación especial. Esta no es una evaluación general del desarrollo ni de preparación escolar. Está destinada a niños aquien desarrollo genera inquietudes sobre una posible discapacidad, incluidas inquietudes relacionadas con la comunicación, el habla y el lenguaje, la cognición, la audición, la visión, el desarrollo motor, la interacción social u otras necesidades relacionadas con una discapacidad.
