🚨 NOW HIRING: Facilities Manager 🚨

Golden Rule Daycare is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities Manager to help maintain and improve our locations as we continue to expand throughout Ascension Parish.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and have experience in general maintenance, we'd love to meet you!

Pay:
💰 DOE (Depending on Experience)

Benefits:
✅ Full-time (40 hours per week)
✅ 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1 year of service
✅ 24 hours of paid sick leave annually
✅ Mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for company business
✅ Potential company vehicle after demonstrating reliability, performance, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:
🔧 General building maintenance and repairs
🎨 Painting, patching, and basic carpentry
🚿 Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
🌿 Grounds maintenance and property upkeep
🛠 Preventative maintenance across multiple locations
📦 Coordinating outside contractors when needed
🚚 Transporting supplies, equipment, and materials between locations
✅ Keeping our facilities safe, clean, and operating at their best

We're looking for someone who is:
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experienced in general maintenance, construction, or facilities management
• Organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Takes pride in producing quality work and representing our company professionally
