Our talented art students transformed our school grounds into an outdoor gallery during their art classes! Using sidewalk chalk, they created beautiful masterpieces inspired by stained glass designs and colorful works of art. We love seeing their creativity brighten the playground and welcome visitors at the front of the school. Thank you to our young artists for sharing their imagination and talent with our school community!

Mrs. Johnson’s second grade classroom studied poetry in the month of April. They learned about 7 different kinds of poems (Haiku, Cinquain, List, Acrostic, Bio, Shape, and Rhyming). The students loved it so much they each published a poetry book, which included several poems. In May, the students performed a Poetry Slam, for their family members and school staff, to share their poetry. We are so proud of all their hard work!

We feel so blessed to have ended the 2025-2026 school year with an all school Mass, outside, with sunny blue skies! It’s been a fantastic year for our Panthers and full of growth through learning, loving and leading… courageously. Before dismissal, Father Steve reminded our Panthers to keep making smart choices through the summer months. We ask that you continue to pray over our students and families during summer break. Have a great summer, Panthers!

Monday’s weather was absolutely perfect for another wonderful field day! Thank you to all the volunteers who work so hard to make this a fun day for the kids! From tug of war to parachute pull, water races to octopus tag, hula hoops to three-legged races, our students had the best time work with and competing against their classmates. If you ask any student, the cherry on top was when our School Resource Officer, Officer Simmons, joined in on the fun! Great work, Panthers!

Mrs. Collison and her multi-age preschoolers celebrated their bright futures this morning with their classmates, family and special guests. The students proudly processed in so confident and brave, one year older and smarter. In addition to singing songs together, Mrs. Collison invited each student to walk the red carpet and gave them a special award for the unique skills and talents they each brought to their classroom this year. Some of our students get to stay with Mrs. Collison for another year, while some will move to young fives or kindergarten. No matter what path they select, their future is certainly brighter! Great work, little Panthers!

Each of our preschool classrooms hosts a year-end concert, or in the case of our 4-year-old classroom, a graduation! We love seeing so many families ready to celebrate our Panthers. These photos are from our traditional 4-year-old preschool celebration this morning.
There are limited openings in our traditional preschool 3-year-old and 4-year-old classes for the 2026-27 school year. If you would like to explore Nouvel for your little learner, visit www.NouvelCatholic.org/Explore.

Each year, our kindergarten classrooms come together to host a special “Games with Grandparents” event to celebrate G Day during their Backwards ABC Bootcamp! This afternoon, grandparents, grandfriends and special guests arrived with their favorite games in hand and were ready to play alongside their favorite kindergarteners.
From board games to card games and plenty of laughter in between, the event was filled with fun, smiles and special memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a wonderful celebration for our students!

As we enjoy time with family and friends, may we also take a moment to pray for our fallen heroes, their loved ones and all who continue to serve our nation. May God bless them with eternal peace. This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.
